This Privacy Policy explains how LogicPy ("LogicPy", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the HUEHIT mobile game ("HUEHIT", "the App").

HUEHIT is a casual color-matching game designed for quick, simple and offline-friendly gameplay.

Privacy at a glance: HUEHIT does not require you to create an account to play. Core gameplay, scores, statistics and Daily Challenge functionality are designed to work without an online game account or backend. HUEHIT does, however, use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertising.

1. Information We Collect and Process

HUEHIT is designed to minimize the personal information directly collected by LogicPy. We do not require you to provide your name, postal address, telephone number, or other personal information simply to play the game.

However, HUEHIT uses third-party services, including Google's Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), which may automatically process certain information from your device for advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

AdMob test advertisements: During development and testing, HUEHIT may use Google's official test advertisement identifiers. Test advertisements are not intended to generate production advertising revenue. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may nevertheless be included in the application and its applicable data-handling behavior should be considered when using the App.

HUEHIT may display advertisements supplied through Google AdMob. Depending on applicable laws, user choices, device settings, consent status, and the configuration of the advertising SDK, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Advertising functionality may use information processed by Google and its advertising partners to provide, measure, protect, and improve advertising services.

We do not independently create advertising profiles about users from the locally stored HUEHIT gameplay information described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Offline Gameplay and Daily Challenge

HUEHIT is designed with an offline-first gameplay model.

Core game functionality, including Classic gameplay, local scoring, local statistics, and Daily Challenge generation, does not require a LogicPy online account or a custom game backend.

Daily Challenge uses a deterministic challenge-generation system. The challenge configuration is generated locally and is not dependent on an online leaderboard or Google Play Games account.

Advertising functionality may require network connectivity in order to request and display advertisements. If an advertisement cannot be loaded, core gameplay may continue subject to the App's implementation and device conditions.

9. No Google Play Games or Online Leaderboard in HUEHIT V1

HUEHIT V1 does not require Google Play Games Services, Google Play Games sign-in, or an online leaderboard.

HUEHIT does not require users to create an online game account to submit or view scores.

Game scores and statistics are intended to be maintained locally on the user's device in HUEHIT V1.

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle to protect it against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Information processed by third-party services such as Google's advertising services is subject to the security practices and policies of those providers.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Local App Data

Local HUEHIT settings, scores, statistics, and preferences may remain on your device until they are removed by the App, the Android operating system, the user, or through applicable device-management actions.

You can generally remove locally stored HUEHIT data by clearing the App's data through Android settings or by uninstalling HUEHIT, subject to your device's backup and restoration behavior.

Information submitted through support communications is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request, maintain appropriate support records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Advertising Data

Information processed by Google through AdMob is subject to Google's applicable retention, deletion, privacy, and account-control practices.

HUEHIT is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

We do not knowingly request personal information from children as a condition of playing HUEHIT.
