HUEHIT Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HUEHIT mobile game ("HUEHIT", "the App") provided by LogicPy ("LogicPy", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using HUEHIT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You may use HUEHIT only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.
HUEHIT is intended as a general-audience casual game and is not specifically designed as a service for children.
2. License to Use HUEHIT
Subject to these Terms, LogicPy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use HUEHIT for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control.
This license does not transfer ownership of HUEHIT or any intellectual property to you.
3. Intellectual Property
HUEHIT and its original software, code, game mechanics as implemented in the App, graphics, interface elements, logos, names, text, audio, animations, visual assets, and other content are owned by or licensed to LogicPy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The HUEHIT name, branding, logo, visual identity, and related materials may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from LogicPy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, alter, or create unauthorized derivative versions of HUEHIT.
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with security or technical protections.
- Use automated tools to interfere with the App or its normal operation.
- Distribute unauthorized copies of HUEHIT.
- Use HUEHIT for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with the experience of other users.
5. Game Scores and Results
HUEHIT may calculate scores, accuracy percentages, combinations, levels, Daily Challenge results, and other gameplay statistics.
These results are provided for entertainment purposes. Scores may be stored locally on your device and may be lost if application data is cleared, the App is uninstalled, or device storage is otherwise reset.
HUEHIT does not guarantee preservation of locally stored scores or statistics.
6. Daily Challenge
HUEHIT may provide a Daily Challenge feature using a deterministic challenge-generation system.
Daily Challenge availability, rules, scoring, challenge configuration, and other characteristics may be changed, suspended, or discontinued in future versions of the App.
Daily Challenge results are intended for entertainment and do not represent an official competition, prize contest, or monetary reward unless LogicPy explicitly announces otherwise in writing.
7. Updates and Changes
LogicPy may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, balancing changes, new features, or other modifications to HUEHIT.
We may also remove or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including features that are no longer technically or commercially supported.
8. Availability
We aim to keep HUEHIT functional and available, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or future operating-system version.
Device manufacturers, operating-system providers, app stores, and other third parties may make changes that affect App functionality.
9. Third-Party Platforms
HUEHIT may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play. Your use of those platforms is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
LogicPy is not responsible for independent services, policies, or technical decisions made by third-party platform providers.
10. Privacy
Your use of HUEHIT is also subject to our Privacy Policy , which explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
11. User Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other recommendations regarding HUEHIT, you grant LogicPy permission to use that feedback for purposes such as improving, developing, or promoting HUEHIT without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUEHIT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not guarantee that HUEHIT will meet every user's expectations, operate without interruption, or be free from every defect or error.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogicPy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of HUEHIT.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of HUEHIT or your material violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
Your license to use HUEHIT automatically ends if you materially violate these Terms.
You may stop using HUEHIT at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to HUEHIT, our services, applicable laws, or other relevant circumstances.
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.
Your continued use of HUEHIT after applicable changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
