Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Slide Until Stop mobile game ("Game") and the related website at logicpy.com/slideuntilstop/ . The Game is provided by LogicPy ("we", "us" or "our").

By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Using the Game

You may use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:

2. Game Content and Progress

The Game includes puzzle levels, progress tracking, settings and a Daily Challenge. Gameplay progress is designed to be stored locally on your device.

Progress may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its app data, change devices or experience device failure. We do not guarantee that progress can be recovered or transferred between devices.

3. Advertisements and Optional Rewards

The Game may display third-party advertisements, including rewarded ads that provide optional in-game benefits.

An in-game reward is generally granted only after the advertising SDK confirms an eligible completed ad view. Ad availability may depend on network connectivity, region, privacy consent choices, advertiser inventory and third-party systems.

We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available. You must not fraudulently click advertisements or attempt to manipulate ad delivery or rewards.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original design, graphics, audio, software, text, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to LogicPy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from our content except where we expressly permit it or applicable law allows it.

5. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Game for operational, security, design or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or operating-system version. Updates may be required for continued use.

6. Third-Party Services

The Game may rely on third-party services, including Google Play and Google Mobile Ads. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogicPy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data or game progress, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Game.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict access to the Game where reasonably necessary to protect the Game or its users, address misuse, protect our rights, or comply with applicable law.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Game after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by competent courts or forums as determined under applicable law.
